Shipping & Returns


Valkyrie Cordes Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. A signature is required for all shipments. If no one will be home you MUST leave a note for the driver taking responsibility for leaving the shipment without the signature. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be billed at actual cost. All Fedex shipments must have a physical address and phone number. Rush deliveries require additional shipping and handling charges. Fedex shipment to rural areas may be subject to additional fees.


The necessity of backorders is regrettable but unavoidable. A backorder notice will be sent with the order. Please sign and return the backorder card to have your order sent when it becomes available. It is the customers responsibility to cancel any backorders before the backorder item gets shipped or shipping costs will apply.


No returns or refunds unless damaged in transit. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS ON PARTS, OTHER ITEMS OR STRINGS IF ORDERED INCORRECTLY. PLEASE MAKE SURE WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING BY READING DEFINITION OF ITEM . SAME APPLIES FOR THE MISUSE OR INCORRECT REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS ON HARP. Damaged items for returns , send email to for return authorization. Send photo of packaging with damage outside and damage to item inside packaging. Damage email must be received by Valkyrie Cordes within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Replace of item will be no charge but shipping costs will be charged.Harp strings are not returnable. DAMAGE in Shipment Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the date of the invoice. The original receipt must be included with the merchandise. All returns must be returned prepaid. There will be a 30% restocking fee for returns.


All sales are made under the terms and conditions established by Valkyrie Cordes. No shipments will be made without prior credit approval. Unless otherwise specified, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Other restrictions apply.
